The Canaveral Port Authority is the governing body of Port Canaveral, one of the busiest cruise ports in the world. They’ve done a lot with their public image in the past decade to secure that position, based on a well-developed branding guide. The first of many projects I did for them was to overhaul their internal Code of Ethics Book.
